a couple of the tracks are outtakes that didn't make it on to albums such as maus, audiocassette, and recogniser. others are one-offs that were written somewhere inbetween.

the second "disc" of this release (tracks starting with '2') consists of remixes. when you download, the original artist for each remix will be listed in the track info.
